At InAndOn International, we aim to provide clear and predictable delivery information.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 1–2 weeks after the order is placed. Delivery time can vary based on destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, and other factors outside our control.

United States and Canada

Free standard shipping is provided to customers in the United States and Canada.

Other International Destinations

International shipping may be available to additional destinations. Applicable shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before the order is completed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order ships.

Customs and Duties

For shipments outside the United States and Canada, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Delays
