Warranty Policy

InAndOn International provides a one-year limited warranty for eligible karaoke products sold in the United States, unless a different warranty term is expressly stated on the product page or at purchase.

What Is Covered

The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not generally cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or other damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Service

Customers requesting warranty service should contact us with the order number, product information, description of the issue, and any requested photos or video. We may troubleshoot the product before determining the appropriate service or replacement option.

Shipping

Warranty shipping instructions and responsibility for inbound or outbound shipping will depend on the nature of the claim and the applicable warranty terms.

Extended Warranty

Some purchases may include or offer an extended warranty through an eligible service plan. Any extended coverage is governed by the specific terms presented at the time of purchase.
