Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting InAndOn International as soon as possible after placing the order.

Before Shipment

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before it has been processed for shipment. If the cancellation is successfully completed before shipment, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the customer may use the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
