Extended Warranty: Coverage for eligible karaoke equipment and included accessories is subject to the warranty terms presented at purchase. Customer shipping responsibilities are stated in those terms.

New Activation Eligibility: A first-time (new) activation is only available for karaoke players purchased directly from our website. Players purchased from other sellers or marketplaces are not eligible for a new activation.

International VIP Subscription Cancellation — must be done before your renewal date.

You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. Cancellations received on or after the renewal date take effect at the end of the following period, and that renewal charge is not refunded.
